My wife and I recently purchased a storm door from AA Windows and Doors. The salesman suggested that the outside door handles and lock should be pewter, however, after the door was installed, we did not like pewter, and requested that they be changed to gold. They were changed without question, or extra cost. When the door handle and lock were changed to gold, the inside handle was changed to a shorter handle, which was more difficult to use (causing skin scrapes). We requested that the inside handle (and lock) be changed to the originals. Again, AA Windows agreed to change the inside handle (and lock) to the originals, no questions, no extra cost.
I believe that exceptional service as provided by AA Windows and Doors should not go unnoticed. They need to be recognized as a company, which totally stands behind its products, and believes in satisfying its customers to the greatest extent possible. Companies like AA Windows are few and far between.
